BTCCSquare news:

Parcl, a real-time housing data tracker, has partnered with Polymarket, the world's largest prediction market platform, to introduce real estate-focused prediction markets. These markets will leverage Parcl's housing price indices, allowing traders to speculate on market trends without direct property exposure.

The collaboration combines Parcl's independent index data with Polymarket's event market infrastructure. Initial markets will track U.S. city-level home price index movements, offering binary outcomes on whether specific markets will rise or fall over defined periods.

This innovation brings much-needed transparency to real estate forecasting, traditionally hindered by complex transactions and opaque pricing. Settlement data will be publicly verifiable, creating a new avenue for market participation alongside traditional real estate investments.
